Heather Blaylock
Area Director
Scott has over 30 years of Young Life experience as a volunteer and full time staff. He leads staff and teams of volunteers all working together in Baton Rouge. He is married to Susan and they have four kids. Scott serves as a Chaplain for the football team at The Dunham School and leads a team of adults, college students, and high school students in Young Life and Wyldlife at Dunham.
Taylor Webb
Team Leader
Taylor serves as our Young Life Team Leader at The Dunham School. Taylor leads a team of college students and adults to share the Gospel and life with young people at Dunham. They host morning bible studies and game nights, and meet kids where they are.
Bailey Dore
Team Leader
Bailey leads a large team of volunteers, buddies, adults, and kids in Young Life Capernaum in Baton Rouge. Leading one of the largest Capernaum clubs in our region, Bailey and her team have weekly clubs and hangouts. They go to baseball games, have girls and guys nights, attend socials and dances. Bailey has has four years of Young Life Capernaum experience and is a recent graduate from LSU.

Merritt serves as the Volunteer Training Coordinator for Young Life Baton Rouge, where she passionately equips leaders to mentor and share the Gospel with teens across the community. With a heart for building relationships and a gift for teaching, Merritt ensures that every volunteer is prepared to create meaningful connections with students, bringing the mission of Young Life to life.
Lauren Edens
Team Leader
Lauren serves as our Young Life College Coordinator at LSU. Lauren leads a team of college students and adults from the campus of LSU. Lauren has also worked in Africa in some capacity since 2007, starting out at a missionary. Lauren has a vision for diversity in our ministry and believes that the ministry of Young Life College at LSU should reflect the entire population of the campus.
Jadon Reynolds
Team Leader
Jadon is heavily involved in ministry at Thrive Academy. Jadon leads a team of college students and adults to care for teenagers at Thrive. Every week they connect with teenagers through prayer, bible studies and games. Jadon is also the Youth and Young Adult Pastor at Antioch Community Church. He and his wife, Victoria, bring a special passion for ministry and kids.
